Apparently I have wildly variable weight. Morning weigh-in was 135.6, shortly after waking up. I'm feeling a little bit more hopeful. Today I ate:
Coffee & creamer
Granola bar
Lunch (345 cal):
2 oz Roast beef sandwich (on sandwich thin)
10 oz Grape juice
1 Fuji apple
Dinner (402 cal):
2 oz salmon
1/2 cup pad thai
75g cucumber, raw
12 oz ginger ale
1/2 ice cream sandwich (75 cal).
Total cal for the day: 1169/1260
