Apparently I have wildly variable weight. Morning weigh-in was 135.6, shortly after waking up. I'm feeling a little bit more hopeful. Today I ate: Coffee & creamer Granola bar Lunch (345 cal): 2 oz Roast beef sandwich (on sandwich thin) 10 oz Grape juice 1 Fuji apple Dinner (402 cal): 2 oz salmon 1/2 cup pad thai 75g cucumber, raw 12 oz ginger ale 1/2 ice cream sandwich (75 cal). Total cal for the day: 1169/1260

Starting Over

I saw myself in the mirror today. At 139.2 lbs, I have a sagging belly and an extra chin. I'm writing all this in part to track but also to keep myself honest. I know it won't be read but I need to do it for my own sanity. Perhaps I'll put pictures for posterity at some point. Today's Weight: 139.2 Today's Food: 2 pcs pizza, 640 cal; 1/2 cup spinach, 30 cal; 1 crab cake, 210 cal; 1/2 bell pepper, 25 cal; 8 oz root beer, 100 cal. Total cal: 1005
